A shirtless lad who missed his Ryanair flight went on a St. Patrick’s Day rampage at Dublin Airport on Monday.

Intoxicated, Shirtless Lad Responds Poorly To Missing Flight At Dublin Airport

After missing his Ryanair flight, purportedly due to intoxication, a young man became outraged, smashing a computer, throwing stanchions, then throwing chairs and overturning large table.

Is “rampage” a bit too much?

Ramage (noun): a course of violent, riotous, or reckless action or behavior

Nope. See the two videos below:

Did you notice that he began flexing for the cameras when he saw he was being filmed? Maybe a little narcissistic, too?

The Garda Síochána (national police) finally arrested him and hauled him away. He faces criminal charges and will appear before a Dublin court later this week. He was wearing a mask while committing his crimes and has not yet been publicly identified.

Am I the only one who was a little surprised that everyone just stared and watched him? In all honestly, I probably would have done the same thing…someone that angry and violent could have certainly been a danger to others. But usually in these types of incidents a burly peacemaker steps in to try to calm the situation.

I’m glad the police finally stepped in to prevent further harm to airport and airline property and I’m even more thankful no other people were injured.

Maybe this is why Ryanair boss Michael O’Leary wants to ban airports from selling more than two alcoholic beverages to each passenger? It couldn’t be that he just wants to sell more liquor onboard, right? It’s for the children…

Speaking of children, a final word to the young man: may the luck of the Irish be with you…in the paddy wagon. Enjoy your 20 minutes of fame…
